The 3rd session of 2nd day was tackling the matter of citizenship focusing on its dimensions. After a brief introduction covering the explanation of three essential dimensions – legal, political and identity, we rolled our sleeves for work.
We got divided into few groups, and as a team we had to face a challenge of explaining and expending on a particular category of citizenship dimension.
It quickly turned out that it’s not really an easy task, but with the tools that non-formal education introduces you (like team working, mind maps, brain storming) we managed to come to valuable conclusions.
After presenting fruits of our conclusions from the discussions we came to the mutual conclusion that the most essential dimension has changed through the times and nowadays the one that plays crucial role in the citizenship is identity.
